An evening in Belltown
Are you looking for your next private event space, located in the heart of downtown Seattle?
Block 41 is exactly what you’ve been looking for, plus more.
Block 41 is a diamond in the rough. And by that, I mean that it is an absolutely gorgeous event venue in Belltown. Belltown is a little rough around the edges, but it is such a great geographical location, that you can’t really pass it up.
So, get this… What stands as Block 41 today was once an ice warehouse. Now completely renovated, it is beautiful dating back to a 1927 heritage. Albert L. Ewing was the manager of the original Ice Delivery Company and he seems to have been a very neat individual. He believed in giving back to his employees by offering a profit-sharing plan.
In his free time, he wrote poems professing his love of the Pacific Northwest.
With that, I think Burt must have been a pretty cool guy.
Whether your party size ranges from 80-800, Block 41 can handle your event. The entire building boasts 15,000 square feet and can seat up to 630 people.
Oh, and to make it all better, they have a private courtyard.
