How-To: Part 1

Read the impression instructions fully
Mix your putty mix together
Place putty in blue impression trays
Place in your mouth and try not to drool all over the place like I did
Ship your trays back to Smile Brilliant, using the pre-paid envelope
Wait a few days
Check your mail and get started!

How-To: Part 2

Once you’ve received your custom fit trays back in the mail, you’re ready to go! It’s recommended that you whiten in the evening, perhaps after dinner and before bed to ensure re-staining doesn’t occur.

Brush your teeth with just water and a toothbrush –no toothpaste here folks
Spread a thin layer of coconut oil over your gums (this will keep your gums nice and protected)
Wipe away excess saliva/ coconut oil from your teeth
Squeeze a line of whitening gel on the front of each tray –not the back
Place trays over teeth for 45 mins – 3 hours
Remove trays and brush your teeth, this time with toothpaste
Clean trays out with water and dry
Squeeze a line of desensitizing gel into the trays and place trays over teeth for 20-30 minutes
Do not brush after removing the desensitizing tray!
